PROBLEMS
Before working with us, the company attracted clients mainly through referrals. The business had no name, logo, website, online presence, or stable lead generation channel. Because of this, it was difficult to scale and consistently attract new clients through search or advertising.

Launch the company online from scratch: develop positioning, branding, a website for a moving company, SEO structure, and Google Ads campaigns to start generating regular leads for international moving services.

At the start of the project, the goal was much broader than simply building a website for a transportation company. We needed to launch a completely new company online and create a scalable client acquisition system.
We analyzed the services, primary transportation routes, target audience, and the way potential clients make decisions. Based on this research, we developed the marketing strategy: how the company should be positioned, what website structure was needed, which pages should be created for SEO, and which directions should be launched first in advertising campaigns.
Naming and logo
As part of the project, we created the name Euro Mover.
The word “Euro” highlights the company’s specialization in transportation across Europe, while “Mover” is directly associated with moving services and relocations.
The logo includes a door element, visually supporting the idea of door-to-door delivery — one of the key advantages for clients moving personal belongings between countries.

WordPress website development
We created a transportation company website on WordPress with a custom design and a fully custom theme. The website was built in a way that allows the client’s team to independently manage content, add articles, update service pages, and continue developing the platform without constant developer involvement.
As a result, the client received not just a website, but a marketing platform designed to generate leads for international moving services.
Design and user experience
Special attention was paid to the website design and overall user experience. The main goal was to create a modern and intuitive interface for people searching for international moving services.
The design was built around a simple scenario: users should quickly understand whether the company operates in the required country, find the necessary service, and submit a request without unnecessary steps.

A website for a logistics company must be convenient not only for users, but also for search engine promotion. That is why we separated services and countries so each important page could target a specific group of search queries.
This created an SEO foundation for promoting directions such as moving personal belongings from Ukraine to Poland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and other countries.
Lead forms
One of the important parts of the project was the implementation of convenient lead forms.
We created forms where users can specify:
- country of departure
- destination country
- volume of belongings
- weight of belongings
- contact details
This allows managers to immediately receive the information required to calculate transportation costs. As a result, request processing time was reduced and clients receive estimated pricing much faster.
Blog for SEO promotion
We also implemented a blog for expert content. This is especially important in the international moving niche, where users often search for answers to specific questions: how to prepare belongings for relocation, what documents may be required, and how to organize international transportation of personal items.
The blog helped expand the SEO structure of the website, attract additional organic traffic, and strengthen the company’s expertise.
SEO promotion
After launching the website, we started SEO promotion. The main focus was placed on service pages, country pages, and expert blog articles.
SEO results:
- more than 1,500 keywords in Google search results

- more than 100 targeted organic leads monthly
The first organic search leads started appearing at an early stage of SEO work — approximately within the first month of promotion.
Google Ads
Alongside SEO, we launched Google Ads campaigns to quickly generate the first leads.
We created separate search campaigns for the key transportation routes:
- moving belongings from Ukraine to Poland
- moving belongings from Ukraine to Germany
- moving belongings from Ukraine to Spain
- moving belongings from Ukraine to Portugal
This approach allowed us to make the ads максимально relevant for each direction and quickly test demand across the main destinations. The first leads from Google Ads appeared within the first days after launching the campaigns
